Who we are

What we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we may receive your name, phone number, email, delivery address, photos, measurements and order details that you give us.

• Contact quote form: name, phone number, optional email, delivery postcode, optional product and your message.
• Trade request form: business name, contact name, phone number, email, trade type, monthly materials spend, products needed and delivery postcode. This sends a request; it does not create an online customer account.
• Sale quote form: name, phone number and postcode.

Submitted website forms are saved as enquiries, with the form source, status and date, and emailed to our sales inbox. We do not have a website newsletter signup or a photo-upload form.

Product quote tools prepare a WhatsApp draft with your product, size, quantity, extras, notes, postcode, delivery or collection choice and page link. Your postcode and delivery or collection choice are kept in your browser for that session. The fence calculator works in your browser. Neither creates a saved enquiry just by using it: you choose whether to send the message through WhatsApp.

Why we use it

We use enquiry and order details to answer questions, prepare quotes, arrange collection or delivery and fulfil orders. Our legal basis is a contract or taking steps at your request before a contract.

We keep invoices and accounting records to meet legal obligations. We use your consent for advertising cookies and optional analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We use Lovable for website hosting, Lovable Cloud for storing enquiries and the Lovable email service for enquiry notifications. These services process information needed to run the website and deliver emails.

When you choose to message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that message under its own privacy policy. We share order information with payment and accounting providers where needed to process your payment or keep our accounts; the website itself has no online payment checkout.

Google Ads receives page visits and phone, WhatsApp and successful quote-form events only if you accept cookies. Google Analytics is used only if configured and you accept cookies. Our tracking does not send your name, phone number, postcode or message text to Google. A phone or WhatsApp click does not confirm an enquiry.

We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders: up to 2 years.

Orders, invoices and accounting records: 6 years for HMRC.

Cookies

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser, together with a generated visitor reference, the date, the notice version and a history of your choices.

Accept allows Google Ads cookies to measure which adverts lead to phone, WhatsApp and quote-form enquiries. Reject means no advertising cookies. Google Analytics measures visits only when configured and accepted.

You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer or this button.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, restrict how it is used or withdraw consent. Some rights depend on why we hold the information; we may need to keep records required by law.
